Unfortunately in the current Covid climate we have reduced our cask ale offer to one in order to ensure that you get a great ale in perfect condition. We take great pride in the selection and quality or our great English cask conditioned real ale. Our firmly established Timothy Taylor’s ‘Landlord’ pale ale has won more national awards than any other being 4 times Champion Beer Of Britain and 4 times CAMRA Beer Of The Year. We are proud to have been recognised for our quality of cellermanship by being awarded the prestigious 'Champion Club' Establishment award by Taylor's brewery. We hope to be able to bring you more great English ales when things eventually return to some kind of normality.
Ciders come from our local friends at Thatcher’s and we offer Thatcher’s ‘Dry’, ‘Gold’ and we have been one of the first pubs in the UK to have Thatcher's 'Rose' on draught.
Together with our Continental lagers, Amstel and Birra Moretti and our Premium Guinness, we always endeavour to serve you with a perfect pint every time.
We offer a great range of small vineyard wines too, most available by the bottle or by the glass – even the fizz! all kept perfectly by our Verre de Vin wine preservation system.
