Markfest VIII brings a carefully curated lineup of live acts performing everything from folk and acoustic sets through to high energy festival anthems!

Expect a full festival atmosphere from start to finish, with live music across the day. For the first time we're opening our inside bars as well as our outdoor bars, there will be 4 bars in total. More bars, more service points, upgraded flow across our indoor & outdoor spaces and improvements designed to make the experience even smoother and more enjoyable and keep you where it matters: with friends, enjoying the festival.

Michael McAngelo’s Pizzeria returns serving fresh, handcrafted pizzas throughout the night alongside our full bar offering.

MarkFest continues to grow while staying true to what it’s always been about, great music, great people and a brilliant summer evening in the garden.

Last year's MarkFest was our biggest yet, welcoming 500 people for an incredible afternoon and evening of live music!

 

Over the last few months, we've listened to your feedback, looked at what worked well and identified where we could improve so we can invest in making this year an even better festival for all

 

🍺 More Bars

We're expanding from 2 bar locations to 4 serving points, helping spread demand across the site

 

You'll now find:

 

🍺 The Shed

Serving draught lager, ale & cider, selected spirits, low & no alcohol drinks and soft drinks

 

🍷 The Pavilion Express Wine Bar

A dedicated outdoor wine bar serving exclusive selected wines & Prosecco just for MarkFest!

 

🍻 Indoor Bars: The Lounge & The Bar

Our indoor bars will be open for the first time and will be serving our full range of draught beers, ciders, spirits, mixers, soft drinks and low & no alcohol options, with our usual pub wine list also available if the selection at the Express Wine Bar doesn't take your fancy

 

🚶 Improved Traffic Flow

We'll be opening the East Garden, with the patio doors from the main bar open to help improve movement between the indoor and outdoor areas

 

We hope these changes mean less time queuing, more time with friends & family and an even better MarkFest experience

RJP Folk

A local village folk band performing a mix of traditional English and Celtic folk music.

Hannah Mac

A talented acoustic duo bringing laid-back favourites and crowd-pleasing classics.

​

Sam Evans Band

Having played over 1,000 shows including the BBC Introducing Stage at Glastonbury, Sam and the band will perform a mix of original music and well-known favourites.

Dawson Avenue

Our headline act for 2026. Dawson Avenue are a high-energy live party and wedding band featuring live saxophone and a setlist packed with singalong anthems, indie classics, rock favourites and modern chart hits from artists including Oasis, The Killers, Stereophonics, Queen, Arctic Monkeys, Fleetwood Mac, Harry Styles, George Ezra and many more built to keep the dancefloor full all night long.
